I ordered a Golden HK Egg Puff, it was very crispy on the outside while it is soft on the inside. The salted egg yolk adds the unique flavor and saltiness to this local sweets, the combination of sweet and salty is pretty well balanced. I am impressed that this store has different flavors for their egg puffs and waffles. It is quite interesting to see sweet (original), sour, salty, bitter, and spicy options. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try them all, but I would recommend you to come here with friends and families to give them all a try. I went around 6 pm on a weekday. The wait was about 15-20 mins. There are also some food stalls around that you can buy drink or food while you wait.

My wife showed me one of the best Bubble Waffles in HK & the States. It's crunchy warm on the outside & soft on the inside. It only cost $3 US. They open at 1pm to i think 8pm?! 1/6/2023: Came back twice today to get Bubble Waffle. Still Alot of people 7 people ahead of me. Worth it!

Went there with my family on Christmas Day after having cart noodles nearby, and revisited on Boxing Day since it was so yummy! . We ordered Original HK Egg Puff to share. Crunchy exterior with a soft and hot interior, the egg puff was subtly sweet and chewy. The custard filling was rather light, making it not heavy to have. It smelled aromatic yet it cooled down quickly, so we had to finish it asap if we wanted to enjoy a hot puff. . The price was a bit pricy, but it tasted really nice. They only provided take-away service. . The queue was so long and we waited for at least 40 mins. I would say it worthed the wait since it was really delicious. Just find a place to hang out nearby and pick it up afterwards.

excellent quality of hk unique style of street cakes, such as Checkered Cakes and Egg Waffles, you can pick your own favourite taste, a lot of ppl love this store. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wished they could have added more filling in the chocolate. But the fluffiness was good. We also had the cheese and sausage one, an interesting combination to complement the chocolate one. We were there at saturday 6pm, and we waited for 45minutes, so mentally prepare yourself. Waffles took about 30 minutes.

The best egg waffle! Always have to buy one whenever I am visiting. If you want authentic, crispy egg waffle, go nowhere else. I have been to many other places, none can make it as good as them. Worth the wait (just 5 minutes wait for the food.) Highly recommended!!
